How to make rasgulla?
World Biggest Rasgulla(2.5 KG) at zafor Hotel and Restaurant.
Location: Pyrahut, Avaynagar, Noapara, Jessore
STEP-1: They have Made Chhena from 20kg milk, Add some suger and Mixed it Properly.
Step-2: They Made regular size(10 tk pcs) for perfect big size.
There three different sizes of Rasgulla: Pcs. BDT 500, 200 and 100/= Depends on size
Step-3: Added sugar in boiled water and mixed it properly, then take shaped Chhena in the sweeten boiled water
Step-4: Boiled it slowly.
Step-5: Colour is changed and almost done
The big one will be 2.5 KG!!!
